Host structure and Electrical system
1 Host
The host adopts a horizontal structure. The test space can be adjusted to the torque disc connection sensor as the torque collection end, and the other end is loaded with a precision CNC servo motor that drives the force disc to rotate through the cycloidal reducer. The torque is transmitted to the torque disc end by loading the specimen for testing. The torque collection end can be moved along the linear guide rail to adjust the test space and facilitate the clamping of the specimen.
2 Transmission system
By adopting precision CNC servo motors and drivers, the cycloidal reducer outputs uniformly to ensure wide-range speed continuous adjustment and uniform loading during the test process;
3 Torque and torsion angle detection
A high-precision torque sensor is used to measure torque in both positive and negative directions; the output of the torsion angle is collected and output by the angle displacement sensor to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the displayed angle. Through the computer data acquisition and processing system, the collected sensor signals are processed and displayed on the computer screen.
4 Measurement control system:
The test machine adopts computer control operation, and the software synchronously displays the torque-time, torsion angle-time, torque-torsion angle, torque-angle and other curves of the tested specimen; real-time display of angle, torque, torque peak and other parameters.
5 Test process
The entire test process uses a Windows-based, graphically interfaced window-based operating software. The test parameters are input by keyboard, and the virtual buttons are operated by mouse to automatically complete the entire test process. The test results can be generated in a variety of report formats, which is convenient for printing and analyzing the test results.
